1. Terms of Service
By using this website or purchasing products from SSZ Services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services or purchasing our products.
2 General Use
- All registration and payment information provided must be true, accurate, and current.
- You must not use the site for unlawful purposes.
- You will not access the site using bots, scripts, or automated means.
- SSZ Services may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or violation of our community rules.
3 Products and Usage
- Access to digital products is granted via a license key or account.
- Accounts may be used on one computer only.
- Product features may change at any time without notice.
- SSZ Services is not liable for third-party intellectual property claims caused by user activity.
4 Purchases and Payments
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
- You must provide accurate billing information.
- Orders may be refused, limited, or cancelled at our discretion.
- Fraud, unauthorized payments, or chargebacks result in immediate account termination.
5 Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
Digital Products:- By purchasing digital goods from SSZ Services, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
- In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Rights, it is said that once the digital content has been delivered, if you access it, (which is the case due to instant delivery and access to the key) you thereby forfeit the right to withdraw from the contract.
- This waiver is confirmed before completing your purchase.
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product.
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged, with all accessories and in original packaging.
- You must contact us first at admin@ssz.gg before returning.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/import duties.
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days after inspection.
- Products damaged through misuse.
- Products with broken seals.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products not suitable for return due to hygiene/health reasons.
6 Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are not available for delivered or used digital goods.
- For undelivered goods or services, cancellation is possible before shipping or activation.
- Downtime compensation is not guaranteed.

8 Privacy Policy
8.1 Information We Collect- Email address (for account setup, communication, and purchases).
- Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store card or bank details.
- Technical information (e.g., IP address, hardware ID) may be collected to prevent fraud or misuse.
- To deliver purchases and manage accounts.
- To provide customer support.
- To send important updates or service-related communications.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
- Contractual necessity (to deliver purchases).
- Legal obligation (tax and invoicing requirements).

- Support emails are deleted after a maximum of 2 years.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
