TLDR: Both the product and staff are amazing

Purchased their Pro DMA bundle and couldnt be happier with the product. Everything arrived in mint condition and Shadower gave me instructional documents that very throughly walks you through how to set it up. Even then I had questions which he and his staff answered time and time again even when I was clearly overthinking or underperforming.

I used a seperate FW that was recommended to me by a friend and yet Shadower still answered a few questions regarding flashing and other small problems. Not once did he tell me to google or go ask elsewhere, even when I probably should have. If that isn't the definition of professionalism I don't know what is.

I am in the process of purchasing their HWID Spoofer and will continue to purchase through them in the future.

10/10 Would recommend
